I wrote this book for those who would like to start a fitness journey but don’t know how to begin. The subtitle is A Fitness Journey for the Real World because there was nothing quick or magical about this experience. I have come from less to more, from morbidly obese to an athlete, and from a small life of hard work but little energy to a full life with possibilities.

I wrote this book for those who would like to start a fitness journey but don’t know how to begin. The subtitle is A Fitness Journey for the Real World because there was nothing quick or magical about this experience. I have come from less to more, from morbidly obese to an athlete, and from a small life of hard work but little energy to a full life with possibilities.
Through the process of writing this book Keith Gosline has been my fitness trainer. I continue to progress with his expertise and support.

Keith’s Biography

Keith Gosline is a highly educated fitness expert and owner of Gosline-MAPP, SRL in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, specializing in testing, customized training, myoskeletal alignment therapy, corrective exercise training, functional exercise, and progressive sports performance rehabilitation, education and training. Keith teaches his clients, including Lindsay Nauen, to focus on what they can do, not on what they can’t, as he encourages and motivates them to respect their limits and exercise safely and efficiently. Keith teaches many additional techniques, perspectives and habits to improve and maintain a healthy lifestyle and models his teachings with consistent vitality.
